ANTI VIBRATION MOUNTINGS - (not shown) Assist in absorbing vibration and shocks Text Box: The Model 301LI ultraviolet (UV) Flame Detector has been developed from the well tried and proven Model 301. The major difference is the robust enclosure (housing) with ingress protection to IP65 and anti vibration mountings. For additional protection, The electronics are conformally coated. On completion, each unit is continuously tested for a period of seven days prior to despatch to ensure there is no component failure during that time (such failures normally occur wthin the first 24 hours). Percentage tests are also carried out for water ingress (IP65) and vibration. As with all UV Flame Detectors, avoid spurious sources of UV such as sparks, quartz halogen lights (not covered by glass), lightning etc. MAINTENANCE Gently clean the sensor tube with lint free cloth and alcohol. Ensure sensor tube is kept free from oil, grease and silicones. Functionally test the detector with Intronics UV Flame Simulator weekly. Text Box: SPECTRAL RESPONSE 185 - 260nm.
